1. How do I subscribe to the Unlimited Access Membership?

A. Please go to the Sign Up area and provide a username, password and a valid email address before creating your account. Once you have given this information, you will be directed to a payment page where you can subscribe to the membership.  Once payment is received, you will be directed to the member login from where you can access the templates, scripts, and web tools.

2. How will I receive the website templates after signing up for the unlimited access?

A. Once you sign up for the unlimited access program and complete the payment, you will be directed to the member login area. At the member login area you will be able to download all templates, scripts, and webmaster tools. The files will be in the .zip format. You can download these files onto your PC, unzip them and access the files.

3. What are the files that I receive in the download ?

A. There are different types of templates for download. The Photoshop (PSD) templates will include PSD files for the main page and the inner page layout, the HTML files for the main page and the inner page layouts and the sliced images from the PSD files. The Flash Templates will include various Flash files including the (FLA) files. The scripts and webtools will include all files and instructions for use and installation.

4. I need to edit my web template. How can i do this?

A. To edit the layout of your PSD website templates, you must have some working knowledge of Photoshop 6.0 / 7.0 to be able to edit the PSD files and change it as per your requirement.

To edit the Flash files you must have Macromedia Flash MX or other Flash Software.

To edit the HTML files there are many sources such as Microsoft Frontpage, Macromedia Dreamweaver and many others.

5. What if I don't know anything about templates, image files or how to design and edit a web site? Is this for me?

A. No. The templates are to be used as a basis for your website. You must be able to edit the various types of psd, flash, and html files. You should have some working knowledge.

If this is the case we would suggest using an online website builder. This will do all the work for you quickly and easily although your choices will be limited.

However the PHP/CGI Scripts, WebMaster Tools, and Ebooks included in the membership are a tremendous value in itself.

6. What happens after the subscription period expires for the unlimited access program ?

A. You can renew your access to the subscription program by getting in touch with our support team.

7. Will I still be able to edit the web template files after the subscription program expires?

A. Yes. Once you download a web template from the site, you own it for a life time. You can edit it as and when you want without any restrictions. Once the subscription program expires, you will not be able to download any more website templates from the site. However, you can renew your access by getting in touch with our support team.

8. What if I am unhappy with the membership? Do you offer a refund?

A. No. The thousands of website templates, scripts, webmaster tools, and ebooks are a tremendous value for only $14.95. Also the membership offers downloadable products which are typically non-refundable.

9. Can I use the templates for my customer's web sites?

A. Yes the templates are there for you to use for the design of you and your customer's web sites. However the templates, CGI/PHP Scripts, and WebMaster Tools may not be resold.
